Italian menswear and womenswear label Eleventy kicked off the runway shows for Toronto Fashion Week’s Fall/Winter 2018 season on Monday.
Designed by Marco Baldassari (creative director for menswear) and Paolo Zuntini (creative director for womenswear), Eleventy, which has a standalone shop in Yorkville Village, is known for its modern take on classic, refined Italian style, with everything made responsibly and ethically in Italy.
There was a mixture of textiles this season, all cleverly layered — think suede vests over grey sweatshirt and sweatshort combos for men and a leather skirt draped over cuffed jeans and paired with a white tee for women.
